About Me
I’m a mom of two, holistic strength & nutrition coach, and a woman who had to completely rebuild herself to get here.
But before any of that, I was stuck.
In addiction.
In body obsession.
In self-destruction.
I spent years punishing my body—using drugs and alcohol to escape, starving myself, overtraining, chasing skinny, chasing control.
I thought if I could just shrink down enough, hustle hard enough, fix enough, I’d finally feel worthy.
It didn’t work.
Then I found out I was pregnant with my daughter—and everything changed.
Sobriety became non-negotiable.
I knew I had to become the kind of woman my kids could look up to.
Not just clean—but strong.
That moment kicked off a whole new chapter.
But it wasn’t smooth.
I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s shortly after.
I had my first child at 35, my second at 37—right as my hormones started shifting.
The years of damage—under-eating, overtraining, staying up all night—finally caught up to me.
My body felt foreign.
I was inflamed, exhausted, anxious, disconnected, and desperate for answers.
I was doing everything right—and still felt like crap.
And that’s when I realized:
I needed a new approach for the woman I was now.
So I stopped trying to “get my body back”—
And started rebuilding it from the inside out.
I focused on real food. Intentional training. Nervous system regulation.
I learned to nourish, not punish.
To train smarter, not harder.
To support my hormones instead of ignoring them.
And I made strength—physical and emotional—my baseline.
What I Do Now
I coach women—especially 35+—who feel stuck, inflamed, exhausted, and like nothing is working anymore.
They’ve been told to eat less and move more.
They’ve tried the macros, the fasting, the low carb, the bootcamps—and they still feel like they’re spinning their wheels.
I show them another way.

Who I Am
I’m not here to coach from a pedestal.
I coach from experience.
I’ve lived the chaos. I’ve fought through the fog. I’ve done the work.
And now, I help women do the same—without extremes, shame, or the pressure to “get back” to anything.
This work isn’t about chasing who you were.
It’s about becoming who you were always meant to be.
