I used to do everything the fitness industry told me to do:
❌ Overtrain.
❌ Undereat.
❌ Survive on caffeine and willpower.
On the outside? I looked “fit.”
On the inside? Burnt out. Inflamed. Hormones wrecked. Completely disconnected from my body.
So I rebuilt.
Not with another 1,200-calorie meal plan or endless cardio…
But with real food. Heavy lifting. Nervous system regulation. And a complete mindset reset.
Now?

And I help women over 40 do the same—without giving up their social life, sanity, or Saturday night tacos.
